Capabilities for all tooling to 40 Ton SPI #1 diamond finishes for a Class A surface finish, full CNC machining, including 3+2 axis Parpas; four spotting presses (20, 40, 100, and 150 Tons) for large tooling with platens of 12' X 6' and 10' daylight mold lifting capacity to 40 Tons; laser welding. Engineering and design: CNC machining, EDM milling and grinding, spotting and polishing; assembly welding, drilling 5 axis machining; Gundrill laser scanning.
