PROCESSES FOR:
Design & Engineering: metal stamping fabrication: processes for carbon, aluminium and SST.
CAPABILITIES:
Stamping: transfer, progressive and hand transfer presses lines up to 2,000 Tons; difficult forming and deep draw capabilities. Fabrication: shears, brake presses, CNC turret punch presses and laser and HD plasmas. Welding process: robotic and manual weld cells and spot welder cells (GMAW, GTAW & RSW) under AWS Code D1.1 & D1.2. Modular assembly and sequence: fuel tank lines and battery box assembly lines.
