Aalbers Tool and Mold (ATM) has been in business for 40 years. Aalbers Tool and Mold builds quality injection tools for the automotive industry. The company has 160 highly skilled team members, 11 of whom are in the Mexico facility, many having been with Aalbers for more than 20 years. ATM is an innovative company with a high level of competitiveness, focused on excellence and quality tooling. ATM recently expanded operations to Queretaro, Mexico.

Product / Service: Engine: tooling for under-hood intake manifolds, all console parts; for body and exterior: grilles, air dams; interior: Interior hard trim, door panels, a, b, c, d pillars, rear shelf decks; climate control; HVAC.

Capabilities: The facility is fully equipped with: 25 ton and 10 ton konecranes, MEMCO welder Syncrowave 250 power source; 15 HP Champion C, 5 ton Clark forklift; a palletised CNC machining centre in the Mexico facility capable of high-speed machining, as well as drilling two complete engineering seats of topsolids. Full CNC capability: 8000 RPM CAT 50 spindle; machine travel: X-102.36'', Y-35.43", Z-35.43". Full EDM capability: Heidenhain TNC 406 32-BIT, machine travel: X-80" Y-40" Z-24”; laser welder for the Mexico facility.

Certifications and Highlights: Over 33 years of experience with an operational facility installed in Mexico. In September 2014, an additional 8500 sq. ft., operating at 100 percent, was added to the facility in Queretaro, totaling 1700 sq. ft.
