Heavy Gauge Thermoforming

EPMP (ISO 9001 certified) is a heavily focused gauge thermoforming company dedicated to serving large OEMs in the ground transportation and marine industries: truck, bus, automotive, agricultural and construction vehicles. EPMP has unique expertise in the development of class “A” applications and large thermoforming capabilities of up to 7' x 13'. EPMP also has CNC 5 axis machining and offers assembly services.

Product / Service: parts for recreational vehicles; vehicle panels and trim; in-mold class "A" body panel; wall, ceiling and kick panels; dashboard and operator consoles; HVAC; lighting and signage enclosures.

Capabilities: Thermoform parts up to 2.4 m (8') x 4.2 m (13'); CNC Trimming, Assembly, Automated, Fiberglass Cutting.

Certifications and Highlights: 70 employees; ISO 9001:2015; thermoforming (large parts); CNC trimming and assembly capabilities; currently producing the largest thermoforming program in the world.
