The company was established in Mexico in 2011, as part of the Mi Integration Group. It is focused on the design and manufacture of automotive injection molded components and molds. The company’s vision is to be the Integrator of innovative solutions to optimize global clients' performance and their own clients internally, by focusing on leading-edge designs and customized production. Its services range from part design to part production, via mold design and mold fabrication. In Mexico the company manufactures automotive sealing systems and injection molded components.

Product / Service: sealing systems and thermoplastic solutions: injection molds for rubber and thermoplastic; Technical injection molding: two-shots molding, functional and cosmetic parts (PP, TPE, Nylon, PC-ASA); Injection molds; corner seals; under-the-hood components; co-injection; Secondary tools: extrusion die; thermoplastic parts inspection; component assembly; Thermoplastic solutions: from part design to production, Mi Integration has all the resources to take an idea and create an achievable and cost efficient thermoplastic solution.

Capabilities: The plant is equipped with injection machines that range from 80 to 700 Tons, including two-shot technology 5 axis CNC, EDM, EDM drill, milling, laser and TIG welding. Engineering, design and mold Flow analysis.
