Manufacturing Plant for Stainless Steel Tubing

Tubos Samuel de Mexico has been manufacturing safety critical automotive stainless-steel fluid handling tubular products in its Saltillo (Coahuila) plant since 2006. It also processes high-precision gasoline direct injection fuel rails and ported fuel injection rails. The company serves North American markets and exports to Europe, South America, and Asia. Plant operations are IATF16949 and PED certified to better serve its customers.

Product / Service: welded stainless steel tubes: automotive fuel lines, fuel rails, fuel fillers and EGR, HVAC equipment.

Capabilities: Straight lengths to 65 ft. (20 m); coils to 8,000 ft. (2,400 m); custom cutting capabilities; diameters from 3/16" (4.7 mm) to 1-½” (38 mm); equipped with mills for tube manufacturing annealing; cutting and deburring.

Certifications and Highlights: IATF 16949:2016; PED Annex 1 ESR 3.1 and 4.3; 286 employees in México; member of CANCHAM Mexico, INA and CANACINTRA.
