XL Tech is a world-class manufacturer of automotive stamping dies and production stampings, located in Queretaro, Mexico. XL Tech and XL Tool have been supplying complex, progressive and transfer dies to the North American automotive industry for over 20 years. All tools are designed in-house by XL Tool’s skilled design team, using the latest CAD and CAM modelling and simulation technology. Dies are manufactured in two well-appointed tool rooms equipped with large bed CNC machines and high capacity overhead cranes. XL has a strong reputation with some of the industries' most demanding customers for its on-time delivery of quality tools that run at rate and within specification.

Capabilities: Two well-appointed tool rooms equipped with large bed CNC machines and high capacity overhead cranes. High-volume production stamping with servo feed equipped large bed presses ranging from 110 to 1000 Tons, 10 Ton crane capacity; full tool room for building and tooling maintenance.

Certifications and Highlights: ISO 9001:2008 registered; more than 20 years’ experience; established in Mexico in 2010; 22,000 sq. m. facility in Mexico; 60 person skilled workforce; two shifts.
